Tomorrows End

Tomorrows End

A Poem by Sam.s.

I weep as the never ending rain sweeps away the dead

the sun begins to din showing off the dried up red

i wipe my eyes trying to hide my weakness

for today is anew and its time to stand up

and show the world i am tough

We drive away into the never ending darkness

trying not to look back to show my toughness

but in a moment of weakness i turn and see

my ancestors bodies disappearing right in front of me

I pray to the gods up above wondering why this happened to us

i turn back and face my my new family

and putting on a face to make me look manly

With a gun in my hand and a cap on my head

im ready for the never ending end.
