My answer- Writing and music are my heaven on earth. For me, writing isn't just getting a thought out on paper. To me, music is a way of expressing yourself. I can use it to show feelings, like if im listening to a certain band or music genre. If im listening to rock it means ive had a hardbad day or i need a certain insperation (for writing). If i listen to the band Red it means im sad or i miss someone important to me. Things like that. To sum it up, music is the bandaid of my scared, and wounded, life. Writing is how i get my feelings out. I put them on paper. Most of my poems are dark (sad,depressing,upset). I use writing as a stress reliver (Just like ive said abotu 30 other times xD) I write and the feelings just flow out onto the paper...

So in one of my classes my teacher gives up a quote and some questions. we have to copy down the quote too haha.... this is one we got a few days ago and my answer to the question... *the question- what is your heaven on earth?

This is awesome! I wish our teachers would ask us stuff like that.
I guess I can relate, because writing is my heaven too. But in a different way:
I write because I want to make people think about my words and perhaps learn something new. I want to share my thoughts with them, and I want to try to help them see the matter the way I see it. It may help them when they are feeling sad, depressed, suicidal or whatever. And if a single person gets my message and feels what I feel, then it's worth writing.
I want to leave this world knowing that I made a difference, no matter how small it is.
I hope I didn't bore you with my monologue, and thanks for making me think about all of that. :D
