Oblivion

Oblivion

A Poem by Samantha Evans

Come her with me
Waste away with me
I don't want it to be...
I'm over my head.
I just want to be dead.
I just want it to be over.
Was this really supposed to be forever?
Because nothing could be this good - never.
Breathe out.
So I could breathe you in.
So I could keep you with me
Now I know that you've been lying around.
And now I wonder...
Nothing will ever be the same.
Will anything be this good again?
The only thing I ask of you is...
To leave me here to stay.

And let me fade away.

Into sweet oblivion.

I like the last few lines the begining rhyme scheme got a little redundant but could be reworked a bit or added to don't be afraid to edit not a bad piece though
