Enraptured SoulA Poem by SamanthaSweeneyThought I'd attempt Shakespearian tongue... He definitely knew the language to express heartbreak.Enraptured Soul Thou art thy most eternal love. Unknowing thou has enraptured my soul. And although thou is but unaware of the Longing In mine eye; It is there. Stay in comfort, Beloved, For thee will never be Alone; Even in this world Where we never meet. Unaware of mine love, One might never have met Your true heart. Thou dost have mine For all the Sun’s life. From afar I am but a gust In this stormy life For I know Another contains your heart. Scents of memories Only surround me now. Beloved, I travel back to that place Where thou Had built Up My world. From unseeing eyes thee, hast cast a resignation upon me. Now the moon dost see my bared soul. © 2013 SamanthaSweeneyReviews
