I love you blind

I love you blind

A Poem by Samantha Slonina
"

I had undying love for this boy and that's all he was, meerly a boy. I wanted more and there just wasn't anyway I'd get it. I loved him and he didn't.

"
I love you...
Those warm kisses and gentle touches,
With a light breeze celebrating my love.
Huh?
Smiles that don't touch your eyes like mine.
Our love is ridden with bugs.
I want to fly with you, but you'd rather walk.
I'm guilty for knowing...and doing nothing.
You're guilty for doing this to me and saying, "I love you."
Tell me where you're going, maybe the one you're supossed to love isn't there.
I'd rather love you then hate.
Stop...
Why pull me back when it's clear I don't belong.
You usually win me and I fall away with you once more.
Why can't you care what's said when I crumble in your arms.
Soon I'll bend so far I'll break.
Gently, you'll touch my face and pull me back into your unloving arms.
I want none of it.
I'm sorry I tried and you didn't...
You're burrowing under my skin, thinned from lies...
I hate you beautiful eyes that burn chains under my clothes.
Listen to my heartache...please?
I love you, I must say, "Goodbye"...but I can't.
I guess...
I'll live with loving you blind.
