When night knocks

When night knocks

A Poem by $amala

Blossoms started to slumber

Fur raiment up above commenced to be gloomy

Petting my pillows with some tiny expectations

Enormous Yellow light across the skies

 is whispering some broken tunes

Graceful tales written in the morn initiate to fade away

Ghost beauties scream at witching hour

Murmuring their vanished journals sometimes

Some furious letters suffocates, when sun meets moon

No nudity darkness evaporate every rule

Midst all, piece of radiant is still glowing in the corner of my den

Blow out my tiny expectations for a while

Until tomorrow hums her morning rhyme

And then lashes meet the smoothie surface

Gradually my lips are muttering them "A very good night"

A couple of days ago we saw the sun rising and to the west a distant moon. I think it was the very first time I saw two at the same time. Valentine

there is a certain magic to the witching hours...things that happen under that watchful moon.
