Relationship drama.

I miss your pure unadulterated love of me.
You talked about forever,
It ended quick,
You were always sick.
The problem was I laid it bare,
Too raw, my dignity trashed,
Pride abliterated.
I let you see me
As I see myself,
You were head over heels.

 

I brought us down like
Only a b*****d child can.
If I'm honest
I find you a little overbearing.

Being vulnerable in any relationship is a risk.

I liked the flow of this piece. However, for me, I felt more emotion was needed.

I like the rhyming scheme as well
