Numb

Another poem on my depression. I don't feel like his much anymore

Numb
No Frowns
No Smiles
No Ups
No Downs
Nothing but emptyness
Nothing but sounds
No honest reactions
Never a laugh
No tears
No plans
No future paths
No bonds remembered
No Flames can be found
No Love
No Life
No Heart can pound
Numbness taken over
No getting back
No Hopes
No Dreams
All feelings I lack.

Sometimes I wish I could have that in my depression.
We all feel different in depression.
I feel everything I feel my own pain every bit of it, and I'm very sensitive to other people pain.
I'm such an emotional soul, and sometimes I want to shut it all off and feel this way.
Feel nothing at all because it hurts less.
Although I can imagine feeling like this would have its downside to, feeling nothing just feeling numb, you would feel kind of dead.

This poem is REAL and honest. I love that.
It has real meaning, and I'm sure some other people feel like that to and can relate.
However anyone goes through depression, all ways are bad, depression is horrible over all. I'm sorry you go through it to.
