Sharing

If you haven't yet learned to share
some day it will come to you
You will never escape this sharing
no matter what you try to do

 

Believing you are better
this sharing will set you straight
There will be no room left to try
to even express your hate

 

If you don't like sharing now
your words foretell what you must do
The distant ringing you will hear
is the bell tolling for you

 

Since there is no escape
there is still time for you to learn
The learning will not be easy
testing the depth of your concern

 

By wasting time trying to decide
whether its the right thing to do
You may miss the opportunity
to avoid great agony for you

 

Why we learned to postpone action
was really due to our fear
That giving away of our time
was what competitors wanted to hear

 

Not knowing the time that's left
and it could happen any time
Whatever they remember of us
we hope they say it in rhyme

 

So get sharing with caring started
before it becomes too late
There is no good reason
for anyone to wait
