Intrinsic Motivation

 

Personal motivation is power
its the essence of success
A feeling that we like
so we will never know less

 

Before the motivation
we felt much differently
Our feelings were normal
there was less that we could be

 

Confidence grew slowly
with each determined act
Doubt was disappearing
as the truth became a fact

 

In a world so complex
humans had to start this way
We all needed external help
to guide us every day

 

If our guide knew what to do
the path was clear to see
We felt it was best to follow
in our effort to be free

 

Freedom is now our state
prized by those who know
That they are now in control
 and can show others the way to go

 

There is still much we can do
in our goal to be the best
If we opt for life-long learning
there is an answer to each request

 

With the answer we will share
 the motivation we tried to learn
And pass this on to others
who can then share their concern
