Progenitors we all become
as time slips away
Everyone will have them
all should have their say

 

Speak carefully now
you will be remembered
Write accurately all
say nothing unintended

 

Progeny and descendents
are the children loved so well
They will be making judgements
about our heaven or our hell

 

If we gave them more than a name
they could be working and doing good
After all that is how we got here
doing what we should

 

Every form of human
has been given this chance
Life gives us this opportunity
to join in the dance

 

Life never lasts long enough
to satisfy everyone
If this means you and what you do
you won't be the only one

 

Ancestors that plan well
and children that like to learn
Give meaning to the lives we live
we hope it is your concern

 

Waste little time each day
it is the best way to prove
Your life will have more value
