The human body is amazing
its a complex machine
Lasting many years longer
when you are a bit lean

 

The cells have a life span
some longer some short
Some reincarnate naturally
it says in this report

 

The health report we get
to help us avoid a new disease
Is good news for some
which is sure to please

 

We know bad news travels fast
something we don't want to hear
Especially if its in our report
where it can create some fear

 

Fear is a healthy response
to any bad situation
But a good news report
can give us some elation

 

What should we try to do
to have our report make us smile
We could get more exercise
and every day walk a mile

 

The best part of any plan
is to do work we enjoy
It will bring us the satisfaction
that effort can employ

 

Now that you know
a good way to spend your time
Try writing your own poem
and be sure it has rhyme

I have never worry about health till lately. I see my kids may need more help and support. Sickness don't scare me. I believe we need to enjoy our time being alive. I like the ending.
