Good choices are the goal
as we to consider what to do
Habits are often the choice
while being controlling too

 

Habits seem more friendly
due to good feelings they give
Replacing these habits is difficult
because of the way we live

 

Having better habits
will more likely bring success
They promise a happier future
and the problems will be less

 

Of all the choices we make
giving up is much worse
Not trying to improve
will put our life in reverse

 

Anything we do every day
becomes a habit good or bad
Choice will be controlled
making us happier or sad

 

Humans are creatures of habit
their brains develop that way
It can be seen in the games
that they choose to play

 

Our hunger for success
causes a powerful drive
Good health and fitness
will help us stay alive

 

Seeing someone succeed
shows a way to our success
This powerful habit of good choice
