Charity

has a downside

When life is easy
the weak will still live
Waiting for someone
who is willing to give

 

As they see the problem
it only make sense
Getting what they need
without recompense

 

The effort to live
is already very hard
 Belief that someone will help
is their winning card

 

Many saviors will come
from those with plenty
As long as the dependents
are no more than twenty

 

We all see what happens
when there's not enough giving
Many of the dependents
will soon not be living

 

The solution is clear
it is never good to depend
It only shortens one's life
bringing on an early end

 

In order to avoid
such a tragic cost
Apply effort to your problems
and you will not be lost
