For the good of people's success
everyone deserves a chance
So that every person involved
can help the enterprise advance

If quality performance is denied
by prejudicial behavioral choice
The entire working environment
will have much less to rejoice

Most companies will have found
how this practice causes a loss
The must find ways to agree
as they select a better boss

A business knows the bottom line
determines what the future will hold
They must change any bad policy
or they will be out in the cold

Business must be careful with money
it determines most of what they do
They also need support of the members
and that is always more than a few

If a family acts more like a business
since they both occupy the same turf
Any family will be more successful
when recognizing everyone's worth

Haphazard training for family life
is often the cause of any loss
Families who operate a good business
know it is best to have a good boss

When everyone listens to their leader
who has carefully prepared for the task
They will find happiness and success
this is more than anyone could ask
