Belief In God

is a belief in survival, however God became part of the universe

Love has many faces
you know that this is true
the world has many races
it is what humans learned to do

 

Animals know nothing of
the human kind of love
humans discovered love
and created their God above

 

For them God speaks of love
it is best when this is true
their race will survive longer
when humans know what to do

 

When someone believes that love
is more than submission to desire
they have found a way to survive
and avoid hell's unfriendly fire

 

Each person has some time
to enjoy their life on earth
this is just a bit of rhyme
to tell you about your worth

 

Use care in how you define
what love really means to you
if it brings survival that is fine
and will be the best that you can do

 

When you share your belief in God
many will care about you
telling them there is no God
is waiting for the turn of the screw

 

Without friends to share your belief
death is just around the corner
when this fate comes to you
there will not be any mourner

 

Animals are not so foolish
most humans aren't like that either
intelligence says don't do that
find some way to take a breather

 

You can live a long happy life
in the comfort of your friends
try to find some way to do that
before your life on earth, ends

We all it seems try to find a way of understanding,
of not going crazy with the evils of the world, and feeling
like we are stuck in the middle. I am a very spiritual person,
no matter what my screen name says. I do think however animals
do feel love as we humans do...just my opinion. They can love as
deeply, and are more forgiven then us humans, so what does that
say about us.

Animals love, and love completely. This is a beautiful poem.
It touched me. AD
