While there are individuals who feel it mundane to talk about
pain, it is a real event about which there is nothing arcane
  
  What you feel is more real than any mere words
  can ever say...and it leaves you hoping you could
  make it go away

 

 I hate to intrude on your blissful attitude, though you may
 be thinking I am only being rude

 

   My words are not about you and I am sure
   that you must already be aware that I am not
   asking for your help or even your care

 

I have found so often that if I can find the right word
the pain I experience will leave and find its own place to dwell

 

 It isn't  then long for me to have escaped it's hell

 

    I know you have experienced some
    of this problem too
    if some day we meet, you could tell
    me what you found you could do

 

 Sharing their solutions is what civilized people do
 they have long ago left the jungle, have you also done that too
