Do you understand this term
 because it lies in the future for you
Not about the work or the lies
but simply what companies do

 

In every job or employment
is an event all workers face
Describing winners and losers
the conditions of every race

 

Most of us learned what it means
from childhood up until today
It is still the same as it was
in life there is no other way

 

In living there is always work
to do for someone you know
How you do the work or the job
will be measured as you go

 

All of us get measured
measurements become the facts
Survival for everyone
depends upon all of our acts

 

Doing the work of your job
plus some of what others should do
Is the best way to never find out
what layoffs will mean for you

 

The period of the extra is not short
it must be done all of the time
When you are able to do this
all measurements will be more than fine

 

If you are doing the above in your job
you have found work to definitely keep
Just be sure that in your spare time
you are getting plenty of sleep
