Changes For Good

are always needed

Fear of unknown events
can give any change a bad press
But the promise of the future
could make our fear much less

 

Looking ahead with better plans
changes provide stimulus
Opening the door to the future
making our effort continuous

 

Attitude frees our energy
to power what we do
It is effort that makes plans work
always more than a few

 

Unknowns should get some credit
bringing challenges that we need
And when energy meets options
we know we will succeed

 

While our success is very enjoyable
remembering those with whom we work
Gives a nod to real friendship
that we both can feel is a perk

 

In every type of employment
the work gets done by sharing
Whenever introverts and extroverts
both are willing to share caring

 

Introverts create thoughtful plans
extroverts put them in motion
Which gives meaning to another word
the awesome power of locomotion

 

If your fears due to changes
