nutrition is number one
Eating wisely will be a choice
why not make it more fun
 
However we select our food
we become the food we eat
Good health is not simple
its no accidental feat

 

All people who got wiser
as the years came and went
Chose good nutrition
it was not an accident

 

Healthy living is a family matter
creating habits for everyone
If our children develop good habits
longevity success will be won
