THE MOST IMPORTANT OF QUESTIONS

THE MOST IMPORTANT OF QUESTIONS

A Poem by SaltOfTheEarth

Hiding behind the walls of an empty house doesn't work well with just the frame.

I'd be the a*****e to complain.

At least I have a mind to lose grasp of.

I have some ideas as to why.

Please, let me do explain:

It only takes a sharp tongue to saw down a forest.

Grammatically incorrect body language before us.

We hear, but do we listen?

We speak, but do we pay attention?

We love, but do we show compassion?

The most important of questions.

Shame on me for blasphemy.

It takes the moral of your pride, or double shots of seven second cyanide.

Blame me for catastrophe.

Resident walk-in closet skeletons, bad to the bone, but meaner than sin.

I should've never let them in.

Irony follows the borders and traces their lines.

Actions begin on time and cast shadows from their light.
