Manchester Riegn O'er MeA Poem by Salsebox
Manchester Rain,
Isn't like other rain, That drips from the sky, And slips away down the drain, To only be sucked up and spat out again, To cower and cling, To the wing, Of the plane; Manchester Rain, It seeps through the skull, Affecting the soul's, Central gravity pull, Averting control, Turning blood into stone, In this weather, A man never, Fears walking alone; © 2016 SalseboxAuthor's Note
