Common, and one of the few bad words my father spoke, the sound still alive in my head",Common" He spoke the word used the word but I herd a cuss word,To be Common,me or the Horse was made us cheep, disappointing... beasts.
I liked this it kept my attention. There was one small error I saw when you said how something wrong can be right? I think you mean How can somethng wrong be right. I liked this It made me think. Think about how everyone wants to be different everyone wants to be a hipster. Nobody wants to be thereself..Or more like who they think they are what they think is original is everone else. Origanal has become a brand like hollister. When someone is wrong and everyone is right eveyone is really wrong. This shows the theme of not following the crowd. Anyway :) I lked it and this was the most thought provoking thing I have read in a while.
Embracing both the light and dark of a situation and or even our souls is a daunting task at times. Some peoples belief that it's one way ..the only way..and their way have a large fall coming in life.. when we sit inside the grey of who we are and are also in the same sense and time able to embrace the two parts of who we are ..we end up understanding others better and with compassion..xo excellent write..xo
I had a horse,a young brute,my dad said was "Common" . My ears bent, and if you had been looking right deep in my eyes hidden around a dark corner you could of seen fear peak.I thought a lot of the "Brute",but in one word he had kicked me and the horse, top of the foot swoosh thud right in the belly. "Common"
I love it, as an "atypical" person, whom takes pride in my status as such. The words reminded me of the following, (which are some of my favorite lyrics of all time): "Don't lose who you are, in the blur of the stars. Seeing is decieving, but dreaming is beliving. It's okay not to be okay. Sometimes it's hard, to follow your heart. Tears don't mean you're losing, everybody's bruising. Just be true to who you are." -Jessica Cornish "Who You Are"
It would be funny if it were not true. Yet there is a white area and there is a black area. The question only is valid to those who would sable in the moral "grey" and argue about how much of it us black and white. Not every issue us black or white, wrong or right, etc... However, the moral compass that guides us has one true north. There never needs to be a compromise if your values.
Very thought provoking write! Well done.
Be well:-)
Not really much to say about what I am or anything about me. Its like I've never find myself in the spheres of something and something not, I always wander somewhere in between them, all I get is the .. more..
