A Drop of Rain

 

 

 

 

A drop of rain
              from a high place
                       dancing down its way
                                to find what will embrace

 

A drop of rain 
               wants to discover
                          the secret of where
                                           its dropping over

 

A drop of rain
   her smooth cheek it touches
                    mixed with salty drops
                             its sweetness it loses

 

A drop of rain
      was the nearest
                and came to know
    hidden secrets even from the dearest

A drop of rain
  though vanished away
                vanished knowing
                             what she'll never say
