A Drop of Rain

 

 

 

 

A drop of rain
              from a high place
                       dancing down its way
                                to find what will embrace

 

A drop of rain 
               wants to discover
                          the secret of where
                                           its dropping over

 

A drop of rain
   her smooth cheek it touches
                    mixed with salty drops
                             its sweetness it loses

 

A drop of rain
      was the nearest
                and came to know
    hidden secrets even from the dearest

A drop of rain
  though vanished away
                vanished knowing
                             what she'll never say

Wow.
I like how your fascinating take on the almost cliché "crying in the rain" - from an entirely new perspective! It's really refreshing to take a different look on known concepts and, sometimes, that manages to make them interesting again.
Your poem accomplished that as well as making it all the more interesting.
It adds so much depth to the role the rain plays as the only one actually knowing about the tears of the crying person and their sadness.
