The first snowfall

Although my native language is Arabic but i am used to write poems in English. This one i wrote for first time in Arabic and tried to translate it to English keeping the meaning and a good rhythm.

صفحة خضراء قد غطاها رداء ابيض ناصع    
تتلألأ تحت سماء قد عكست نورا يشع من عينيك كبريق لامع

نقاءه اظهر لي قلب مفعم بأحاسيس الحب والحنان
لا تخذل من فيه يسكن فيكون له اروع مكان

ظهر من بين البياض اوراق خضراء مبللة بأمل وليد
امل يحيى بنشيد اسمك كلحن صباح جديد

هبت نسمة هواء فتراقصت و تطاير معها الرذاذ
قد رأيت في ذلك ما يكمن في الاعماق، رأيت سحرا اخ'اذ

قد قرأت ما يدور في الوجدان
وأنا احفظه داخلي وحدي في أمان

A green sheet covered with a bright white cover
Shining under a sky that reflected a light radiating from your eyes brightly

Its purity showed me a heart full of feelings of love and compassion
Which wouldn't disappoint who is contained in it but it would a finest place

Through the white sheet i saw green wet leaves expressing a new hope
A hope lives singing your name as a new morning's melody

With a soft breeze they danced and white crystal snow blew in the air
I've seen in that what lies in your depths , I've seen a breathtaking charm

I've read what the heart says
And I've keep it secured in my heart

that was so nice ..i like it in arabic too alot ...
