Double Bass

Hmm...

Double Bass

 

It's quite a quandary, it's true

That oh-so-thun'drous double bass

Should I stick with a single drum

Or make sounds that will melt your face?

Double bass drums don't cost that much

They have an interesting gleam

But I associate them with

Bands that do nothing but scream.

"Just use your cymbals, and your snare!

"And don't forget that vital part,

"The double bass drums! That way we

Can cover up our crap--we're smart."

No, I think I'll just stay simple

I'll stick with what is tried and true

There are many other cool sounds

That do things other than kill you.
