My Power

 

I'm not so smooth, I'm not so slick

About girls, I barely know half

But there's one power that I have

I easily can make you LAUGH!

A joke is made, you start to smile

Your mouth spreads wider in a grin

Before you know it, you've started

To laugh so hard you'll hurt your chin.

Whether it's subtle or overt

I'm guaranteed to bring you smiles

Need someone to brighten your day?

I'll even make jokes 'bout floor tiles.

I'll put on quite a show for thee

You can't watch and be blue,

And the price of admission is

To let me sit with you.
