The Fluffy Darkness

The Fluffy Darkness

A Poem by Sagemind
"

A poem about a certain fluffy bunny that comes every April...

"

The Fluffy Darkness

His whiskers twitch, his eyes now gleam,

As he thinks of an evil scheme

His fluffy tail is white and short

And this man is without cohorts.

He works alone, and he works well

He has us all under his spell

He carries a basket around

Yet makes no whisper, not a sound.

He creeps insides your small child's room

He cannot be seen in the gloom

He leaves his prizes, then he goes

To where, that's what only he knows.

Yes, as you sleep, he spreads his mark

Creeping around in the black dark

I hope you don't think this is funny,

For this man is evil...the EASTER BUNNY!

End.

I tried to make it funny and paint sort of a weird picture of this innocent creature (meaning no disrespect to Easter and what it signifies to Christians). What do you guys think?
