The awaiting future

These are simple visions of the future that awaits me

Each day if only for a moment

I look ahead

To the future

Where hopes, dreams, and accomplishments are fullfilled

From the day we finish planning a long awaited vacation

To the day I enter the doors of my high school

From the day I get a domain for a site

To my first time on an air plane

Where my eyes will be everywhere.

It all seems so far

It's hard to believe it'll ever happen

It seems like it never will

To some the future is frightning and unpredictable

But to me just looking ahead

The future is paradise

There may be negative things in it

But I know I can blow past them

And reach the positive things

It all seems unpredictable

But I guess the future is just a mistery
