Sitting in the WindowA Poem by SaffyA lesson in self-care
Sitting in the window, I can hear the rain.
Bouncing off the pavement, and on the window pane. The world keeps on moving, whilst I sit right here. Taking time, to settle down, to breathe, to be sincere. You have spent time working, to overcome your pain, You tell me that you're older, and on the road to fame. Sometimes I sit and watch you, I notice that you're tired. Perhaps we could take a rest, right here, by the fire. I will always be here, if you need me, please call. Let's take time to laugh, to cry, to watch leaves fall. An open heart will take us anywhere we please, Together we'll move forward from this fear. © 2017 SaffyReviews
