The Decaying Mind
A scream echoes in the depths of my mind, The shells of decaying time unravel, In the void, a star falls, disappears. Everything is a breaking point, a loss. In the wounded bodies of dreams, The cold scent of suicide surrounds me, Death, which dominates the senses, Dances on the edge of eternity. The boundary between truth and lies fades, Brains collapse, muscles stiffen, Every step is a point of no return, Bodies lost in the endless labyrinth. Broken bones echo in my mind, Voices lost in a lightless universe, My eyes see but do not understand, Every being is an illusion. Rotten melodies at high frequencies, Hit again and again, like steel in my head. Legendary beings shed tears, A vengeful eternity appears. My body dissolves, turns into time, The souls of the dead remain in pain, The morning light in the hands of the doctors, A different universe in rotten freezers. A door opens in the dark, Slowly opens, a corridor of death, Emotions frozen, reason lost, A storm in my mind, an apocalypse. And in the end, everything fell silent, One voice remained: the scream of existence, People die, but deaths do not live, Dragged into a time of nothingness. Souls flailing in the shadows, A nightmare waiting behind a time, And in the cold of steel, Philosophical pain is entrusted to death. The truths you never heard once, Now echo in your ear, Philosophy, morality, everything is a game, There is no truth, only the decaying sound. And finally, an eternal scream, A creation storm, light disappears in the shadow, The world vanishes, no one remembers, And everything is a decayed melody. In my mind, every moment of annihilation, The return of everything, Heavy, deep, endless darkness, Every life ends with a death. © 2025 NationalSafetySchoolAuthor's Note
