The Anatomy of Mental Slavery

Humanity once had roads wide and free,
With every step, a yearning for diversity, among colors, a dream.
But a dark storm covered the horizon,
Beliefs and thoughts turned into chains.

They loudly proclaimed; there is only one path,
But that path does not bloom in every heart.
Eyes were blinded, ears no longer heard,
Differences were erased, only one voice remained.

Every individual who stepped on the earth, every color of the heart,
Became a stranger to another soul, with pain as an obstacle.
Fates were drawn, hopes faded from sight,
For true freedom had become a box left closed.

The identity of man became a wall that bent the neck,
Every direction, every thought fit into a single mold.
The words of one people were never heard by another,
And the name of love became unrecognizable in time.

Thoughts were chained, walls were built,
Everyone saw only their own ego in their body.
Voices against this were silenced, muted,
To be an individual was now a crime, a shame.

And whoever thought differently, lived differently,
Oppression and darkness enslaved them.
Freedom, once the dream they sought,
Now remained only a dream.

All colors disappeared, limited to black and white,
In a universe where the mind was doomed to slavery.
And art, once the hand that nourished the soul,
Now focused only on one line, one color.

Yet every thought was a reflection of a universe,
Every step a world, every word told a universe.
Words existed to unite people,
But now, each one became a wall that divided them.

Legends disappeared, myths became mere stories,
The depth of culture was measured by a handful of gold.
With mentality trapped in a narrow frame,
Stars no longer fell, the sky grew dark.

Yes, they said there is only one truth in this world,
But that truth was a lie that imprisoned the soul.
Each person got lost on their own inner journey,
And the power of being different was forgotten.

We did not see, we did not hear, the voices were swallowed,
Once smiling faces had now faded.
Individual thought appeared as a weakness,
And whoever was different, was a stranger, distant.

All of humanity became a singularity,
And thinking differently became a crime lasting for years.
Every corner of the heart that was once free,
Now lay covered only in darkness and despair.

This journey was a thought chained,
The pursuit of freedom was taking a step back at every moment.
Humanity, once a great whole,
Now each had vanished into their own singularity.
