DEAR DOLL

DEAR DOLL

A Poem by Saddam
"

I said, “Go to hell”; and now I feel top of above.

"

DEAR DOLL

Dear doll; from where you are coming?

You are looking cute in that pink dress;

With one hand little blue umbrella is dancing

Though another is busy with Hakusen

Dear doll; a special smile is playing on your face

What is the secret of your bright eyes?

They are wandering, from one spot to another place

It seems you have got something priceless prise.

Yes! I am undeniably happy with my solitude

For now I was in hallow universe of love;

That love, which every time was hurting my attitude

I said, “Go to hell”; and now I feel top of above.

Saddam: Sounds like you got burnt pretty badly...and poetry is a wonderful way of expressing that pain. I hope you've recovered.....do like my Dad told me, don't look for the pretty ones. He said, "Find an Ugly Man, he'll treat you well." Seriously he did and chuckled. Nice poem, and with lines like I am undeniably happy with my solitude tells me you felt just the opposite. Thank you...Dale

Sometimes we have to stand back and see things for how they are, never an easy process but the light at the end of the tunnel is a welcome sight :)

Thank you so much dear friend...
I like the finality of the last two lines, which make it seem like you're almost taunting the doll referenced to in the earlier lines (at least, that's my own personal interpretation.) nice job!

Wow. You are treating ladies harshly but with love. They do need an umbrella from your storms...Lol
