Snow-white and seven Little Dwarfs

PART  --  I

“Looking-glass, who in this world is the fairest than me?”

Proudly and haughty queen one day call

She was satisfied and faithful with glass, got answered-

“Thou art fair but snow-white is fairer than all.”

 

It was not expected; she turned yellow and green with envy

The envy was uncontrolled and she had no peace day and night,

She called a huntsman, took her over to him for kill

And ordered, ‘bring her lungs and liver as token before my sight.’

 

He was about to kill her but got pity as Snow was beautiful

She pray huntsman to leave her life, she will run away

He cut out a bear’s lung and liver as proof of girl’s death

Wicked queen ate them, and thought Snow is no longer stay.

 

Little feet Snow run all day long even to the late evening

Apart from the land, over the hills she found a little dwell

It was seven dwarfs house, and neater and cleaner than can be told

Ate some food with tiny plates and at little bed for a rest she fell.

 

‘Everything has ruined’, said all the seven dwarfs with astonishment

They found a beautiful girl lying on their bed

They did’nt disturbed her and slept with his companions

At the morning, when Snow-white awoke, she got frightened.

 But good soul dwarfs let Snow-white stayed with them

Other side; wicked lady was happy, no one is beautiful as she herself

But soon she knew that Snow is alive and happy

Envy let her have no rest, she plan to kill Snow herself.

Bit of a font change near the end, don't know if it will show up in your browser. Definitely has a foreign to English feel about the words - adds to the poem's uniqueness I believe. Nicely written, Saddam.
