"Breath" - Breathe?

I did get the wording but the bold cap of every first letter was a too painful to the eyes and mind distraction that quite took away the thoughtfulness of your piece.

Just a suggestion i would change "YOU ARE MY REASON TO LIVE, LAUGH AND BREATH" to " you are my reason to live, to laugh and to breath" but you dont have to if you dont want to it really depends on how a person reads it :) great write

A most touching and heartfelt pledge of love. The title could be simply, "I am For Your Life" or "Yours, For Life." Also,the "OR" could be left out to eliminate the appearance of a choice as in this or that. OHH! Just found the title in your last line.
