Fleur-de-Lis

I saw a portrait of mine 

On that wall which was shine 

The frame was gold plated 

And picture was absolute fine. 

 

 I have a beautiful human nest 

 At where all is luxury and rest 

 Elegance aura, beautiful view and cute moon 

 Everything which, for a man, is best. 

 

But here I am painfully restless 

I always see my dark shadowy face

Which laughs at me and shakes me- 

"Coward! You! You had left FLEUR-de-LIS. 

 

In heavy rain and thunder 

 Only look you with eyes wonder 

 Under that usual tree, dreaming 

 But you left her, with deep scar.

There's a lot to unpack in this. I think the style of writing really adds to the piece. The English isn't perfect but that seems almost to benefit the meaning and tone of the poem, so I wouldn't change any of the grammar or anything. It feels very real and honest. And it paints a vivid picture of place, and there is solid emotion. So I say... good job!
