FIRST LOVE--I FORGET

FIRST LOVE--I FORGET

A Poem by Saddam
"

It is difficult to forget first love, but I forget

"

It is very severe to forget your first love

First sight of love,

Her hair, her smile, her grace;

The place, where you propose her

The first proposal word,

And your impulse and her face;

The very first meeting state

Her charming look and your eagerness

Your naughtiness and her patience;

First act of silliness

First time of rain in love

Your aloneness with long distance;

For me it is unuseful to call,

Because I forget that all.

It is my happiness you like it sir.. thank you.
Throughout the poem, I emotionally sense the struggle and the hardships of forgetting your first love. I, too, understand where you are coming from I mean the whole concept of when it is too painfully your brain just erases it all ! I believe you have great courage and a load of guts, even when you are in pain you write beautifully that my friend is a true poet in my book.

Something tells me you have not forgotten...
Do we ever forget our first love? I don't think so. At least for me, I choose only to forget the sad times and remember the love. I wish that for you my friend.
