Slave to the System

Slave to the System

A Poem by Sad Penguin
"

Slave to the way my family works

"
I've entered another level
The flames burn brighter
Hatred runs deep
Too deep to fight her
I'm a slave to the system
Life is nothing but a pathetic joke.
Your born into suffering
Than you fade away.......
Why bother
For a glimpse of what could be
For a measly sparkle of hope
Life is filled with death
The users surround me
I'm simply locked in a cage
Afraid to grab the key
I'm tired of fighting
Though I'll never stop
Even though I'm fed up
I want love too
