Short Hair

Short Hair

A Poem by Lala

"Why did you decide to cut your hair short
Do you want to be different
Women should have long locks
Why won't you let it grow"

Maybe I should just let it go
But you know what
Don't put me in your stereotypical box
I'm not your build-a-barbie
So don't treat me as such

I wasn't afraid to cut my hair
I think it's one of my best features
So don't think for a second
I'm not afraid to cut you off either
