Breathing

This is my attempt of a poem you can read from top to bottom but from bottom to top as well. It's two poems in one basically!

Just breathe, you got this

I keep telling myself

When I feel things I can't dismiss

When I have certain thoughts

It's becoming too much

I try to keep breathing

I start wheezing

I'm running out of air

My chest is heavy

No oxygen is circulating

My lungs are failing

My worries are prevailing

Help me, I'm suffocating
