I have more than a hundred thoughts

I wish I could tell you

I have more than a thousand feelings

I wish I could mention 

I have more than a million words

I wish I could bring to your attention

I can't but if I could

I'd sum it all up

Everything would end or begin

With one same thing

What it all comes down to

Is me sharing my view 

Of how I just really miss you

This is a well constructed poem. I like the strong build up to the final lines "I just really miss you." These final lines could have been weak, but the strong and engaging build up made the final lines have a particularly strong punch.
