Her Without Him

It is time to tell a story

One that does not hold any glory

It involves hesitation and frustration

Adoration and a lack of communication

Of course, love is the theme

It is mainstream but it's part of every dream

It is on everyone's mind, including hers

She cannot control it, the thought always occurs

Of him choosing to be with her

But he won't, of that she is sure

Because when he looks, she looks away

When he talks, she doesn't know what to say

She wishes he knew

And wonders what she would have to do

To make him realize

She wants him out of all the other guys

That when he smiles, her smile becomes brighter

When he hugs her, she hugs him tighter 

But he is oblivious to this all

So he wasn't there when love made her fall

And because he did not catch her back then

She never got up again

So every since that day she felt down

Did not get up, did not go to town

His oblivion shaped her mind

Because she did not speak, and he was blind

But how could he have known

If it was her feelings she has never shown
