You're Not Alone

The pain won't last forever

Sometimes the girl with the perfect life can't see past her own mistakes
Sometimes the girl you look up to hates the decisions she makes
Sometimes the girl you envy is all but ready to die
Sometimes the girl you idolize can't look herself in the eyes
Sometimes the girl who smiles at you is completely broken inside
Sometimes the girl with everything loses herself in the tears she cries
We're all broken, all lost, all fighting
An internal battle we're all hiding
You aren't alone in this world,
Not the only insecure or anxious girl
One of these days it will all be alright
Just don't lose yourself in the fight

The rhymes are fine to me Sabrina. This really hit the heart of the matter. We never know someone until we talk to them and discover who they are. We often imagine someone being a certain way, only to find out they're not at all like we imagined.
