Strange emotions

my heart no longer in my chest,
where it belongs.

My emotions scattered across the floor.
I feel these feelings,
but cannot put them into words.

 My face red, ready to cry.
ready to scream,
but there are no tears.
why are there no tears appon my face?

My body trembles, I try to stop,
I try to break loose of my emotions grip.
but their to strong.
I cannot fight them anymore.

I want to ask for help, go to the first person i see,
go to the first house.
and ask.
''just ask just ask'' i tell myself.
but i cant get the nerve to try.
I cannot try, im just to scared.
scared of what people will think.

''help?  will someone please help me?''
