Dieing Angels

Dieing Angels

A Poem by Sabrina Demartini

Have you ever seen a angel cry?

It's a horrible sight.

Their beautiful faces covered with tears,

I try to wipe their tears away.

But I can never reach them.

Have you ever heard a angel scream?

It's a horrifying sound.

Their amazing voices shattered.

I try to quiet them.

before their voices fade away.

But they can never hear me.

Have you ever watched an angels wings get clipt?

It's so revolting and bloody.

I always want to stop their pain.

I try to stitch their wounds.

But they run away crying when i try too.

Have you ever heard an angel being killed?

It's a frightful sound.

Their gorgeous bodies laying motionless.

All I can do know is stand their weeping silently.

I walk away when their bodies disapear.
