Emotional pain

Why can't I forget my past?
Why can't I leave it somewhere and forget it?
My past is eating me alive,
My heart feels like stoping.

But I tell it to keep beating on.

My sorrow is eating my soul,

And my life.

I want to just tell somebody,

But I can't form the words.

Whenever I try to talk to someone,

I feel like dieing.

Talking to someone about my feelings is worse,

Than keeping them mere secrets.

Some people say my story can save lifes,

I try and tell mine but I just go limp and no words come out,

Only tears.

I'm trying to let my feeling come out,

I've held them in to long.

I feel if i try to i'm going to overflow with feelings.

And I might hurt someone.

I'm overflowing with,

Emotional pain.

relationship build on bodies issues only dont reach the stage where u can tell all whats inside, however knowing inside of a person takes time and care,,once that person is in at then u ll find it easy to tell him everything
