A Poem by Stoned Immaculate

Words sharp as dagger
Clenched by Star Crossed Lovers
Plunge deep into souls’ fire.
Love bleeds out
And pools in void
Where Sounds of Silence
Echo.
Dawn of ruin
Rises on House built
In Hathor’s spirit.
Pride’s storm washes empathy away.
Foundation laid with adoration
Fracture: small cracks
Widening each time hearts declare war.
Conscience’s voice can’t break through
The Phantom Zone.
Rather mend seven sins,
They’ll gamble on 2nd chances
Hopeful fate is not Coyote
With whom they dance.
