Cigarette and Pen (Left and Right Hand)

Cigarette and Pen (Left and Right Hand)

A Poem by Stoned Immaculate

The cigarette
The pen
The left and right hand
American Spirit
For his nerves
Inhaling slow death
Nicci unwinds the man.
The Mortal writes
Hoping to escape
Demise.
Strokes from his pen
Leave inklings
of Immortality.
