Two Aliens

Two Aliens

A Story by Lokesh

Two strange-looking beings came flying and stopped at the edge of the Earth’s atmosphere. One was  a little taller and another was a little smaller compared to each other. The taller one was at the twilight of his youth and the smaller one was at the dawn.

“We have a week before December 21,” said the older alien,”and in this period we will observe the Earth and chronicle the events that will occur  before the annihilation as per our work formality.”

“I am feeling both excitement and fear in my heart. I think we all feel like this before we begin our first mission,” said the younger alien.

Afterwards they entered the Earth, took human shapes and started  live among the earthlings.

Seven days passed. The Doomsday arrived. They met where they first stood.

Some changes had happened in both of them, but the changes in them were different from each other.

The taller alien said,” This planet has reached its extremity. The temperature is rising. Tens of thousands of flora and fauna are dying. The beauty of the Earth is fading. And the human morality is at the lowest. I never thought this planet could be in such a worst situation. It is the worst planet in the entire universe.”

“You are wrong,” said the smaller alien,” You are not looking through the right perspective.”

“Don’t teach me how to look. You are young, so you are not seeing things properly,” said the taller alien

.

“I look through my heart, so I see the reality. What you are seeing is an illusion. You are blinded by what we are taught to believe,” said the younger alien.

Saying “You b*****d!” the bigger alien charged upon the smaller alien. There was a close body-to-body fight, and then the fight turned into a laser-gun fight. A laser-bullet from the bigger alien’s gun pierced the right hand of  the smaller alien. His laser-gun dropped. So, he took out a laser-boomerang and threw it at his opponent. But the bigger alien dodged and shot at his adversary. The smaller alien died and his dead alien-body fell into the Earth’s atmosphere. A few seconds later the laser-boomerang returned and passed through the bigger alien’s neck. His dead body also fell. Before they could reach the ground, the two dead alien-bodies turned into ashes.

A lot happened on the so-called Doomsday but the world didn’t end.

THE END

Very interesting story. I really liked the aliens. I liked that you made them look at the same thing but in a different way and how the one alien was seeing bad and the other good. The world didn't end and so many people thought that it was going to but no one knows. I really liked the whole thing. Very creative.!
